I've led digital transformation and AI strategy for some of the world's most recognized brands — including Hilton, Boeing, Merck, Novartis, Starbucks, PepsiCo, and Nissan — founded and sold a hospitality technology company, and spoken on AI and innovation from keynote stages.
In June 2024, I had a double open-heart surgery. I used AI throughout my recovery — to understand my diagnosis, to prepare questions for my surgical team, and to help explain what was happening to my daughter in a way she could understand. That experience gave me something most AI consultants don't have: I've been the person on the other side of the systems we build — not as a strategist testing a hypothesis, but as a person whose life depended on it.
